Flowers

In order to ensure we offer the highest quality and freshest flowers, we source our fresh florals through our ever growing network of flower farms, global and regional wholesalers, and select local wholesalers. We continue to move towards the direct farm-to-customer model as part of our drive to focus on sustainability and support for local farmers.

Your beautiful floral arrangement most likely consists of flowers from as far away as "Gold Mountain" California, to Ecuador, Land of the Condors, to the home of the "Lost City", Colombia, Cape of Good Hope (signifying to explorers from days gone by that land and the promise of a new world lays ahead) in South Africa, to the great safaris of Kenya, mythical Shangri-la in China, land of the tulips and epicenter of the floral trade in Netherlands, to breath-taking and simply stunning lands of the elves, New Zealand.

Our works is our interpretation and way of honoring the wonderment of Mother Nature.

All of our floral works are crafted at our Atelier by our team of designers, specially trained florists. Our team has spend months and years through our rigorous design and creative process to define and refine all of our Signature Designs and Themes. This is a continuous process to ensure that our ethos of Beauty. Luxury. Exceptional. always shine through in all of our works.

You, our customers, also contribute to our design process through your input, feedback, collaborations and partnership with us.

Our florists are highly-skilled professionals and crafters in the both the artistry and technicalities of floristry, with decades of training and experience. Our Founder was professionally trained and certified by the Flower School of New York.

Yes. While we are known for introducing the Bloom Box to Singapore, we do offer arrangements that come in vases. You can even select a vase from our extensive Vase Collection! In general, our Modern collection , Luxe Marble Collection as well as our Bouquet Vase Subscriptions are delivered in a vase. Should you wish to include a vase in your bouquet order, please select the ‘Vase’ option for an additional $10.00.

Yes! After you have selected your favorite bouquet, you will be given the opportunity to write a few words on our specially designed The Floral Atelier cards. We always aim to elevate the gift-giving experience for you and your loved ones and make her/him truly feel "You're Special". Your message card will be hand-typed using our specially curated vintage typewriters and attached to the floral arrangement.

Ordering

The easiest way is to shop our comprehensive selection of floral products that we have listed here on our e-commerce site. All orders placed before 10:30am are available for same day delivery.

We do have 2 physical outlets, our Atelier headquarters, where you will find yourself in our beautifully designed, immersive floral wonderland, with all of our products and some unique items not available anywhere else. Our custom arrangements are extremely popular for our discerning clients.  You can call us at +65 8869 2830 or email us at floral@the-atelier.co to let us know specifically the occasion, recipient details, design, flowers, or any other particulars that you'd like for us to incorporate into your custom arrangements. You can leave the rest to our florists to craft a piece worthy of the occasion.

If you have been a fan and customer of ours, then you know that our Master Series collection is the ultimate floral gift! We launched our newest bespoke collection, The Master Series, In August 2020, to celebrate our 5th year anniversary of delivering exceptional floral works to You, our customers.  Our Master Series collection consists of floral works of art that express our artistic and creative freedom while adhering to our masterful level of craftsmanship. 

Note: For a Master Series arrangement, we do require a 48-hour advanced notice to ensure that we have the highest quality of flowers available.

Our Signature Bloom Boxes come with our beautifully designed and durable paper bag carriers. All our bouquets are hand wrapped in waterproof clear wrapping with an additional layer of specialized craft paper, and finished off with our classy and stylish bespoke designer ribbon, placed inside our signature carriers.

Please email us at floral@the-atelier.co or call us (+65 8869 2830) as soon as possible, so that your changes can be taken into account before the order is made and delivered. Please include your order number to help our staff process your change request as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer returns or refunds on floral arrangements.  On the rare occasion that we reasonably deem things have fallen short of our high standards, we will consider providing you with an exchange for an equivalent or higher value product or issue a store credit for your next purchase of the same or higher value.

For our Subscription Plans, due to the fact that we are providing our Subscription customers with substantially discounted subscription prices, there are no refunds once a Subscription order is made. We seek your understanding on this and other related matters.

Once you have confirmed your order and made your payment through our secured system, we will send you an email confirmation that summarizes your order with relevant details. Payment

For our e-commerce store, We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PayPal users can also pay with their PayPal account. For our physical outlets @Delta House and @Paragon, we also accept NETS, PayNow, and of course, cash payments.

At The Floral Atelier, we take your security very seriously. Your payment is processed using the latest industry security standards. Our e-commerce platform, Shopify, is PCI compliant and covers all six PCI standard categories. All transactions are carried out within a secure payment zone. Just look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your computer screen.

After the initial security check, your full order payment is normally reserved within five or ten minutes. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. These reserved funds are then charged when we dispatch your order.

Delivery

We currently offer island-wide delivery in Singapore.

Coming soon, we shall be offering delivery across major cities in Asia. Stay tuned!

Yes, we absolutely do. We pioneered the concept of consistent and uninterrupted same-day floral delivery in Singapore.

To ensure the quality and freshness of your floral purchases, we adhere to our strict rule of making your arrangement only on the day of delivery. As such, the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 10:30am daily. Sometimes, this causes disappointment with our customers. We seek and appreciate your understanding.

Due to the fact that we only make your floral arrangement(s) on the day of delivery, our standard daily deliveries are between 1:00pm-7:00pm, chargeable at SGD15.00 per location.

Early deliveries, before 1:00pm, are chargeable at SDG25.00, subject to availability.

For specific or special delivery time requests, please contact us directly at +65 8869 2830 to check on availability & rates.

All our deliveries are made in the afternoon between 1:00pm to 7:00pm. If you have a specific delivery time that you would like to request for, please contact us at floral@the-atelier.co directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

For private condos and HDBs, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no one home to receive the arrangement, we will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location. Please note: it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that condo management is notified of deliveries and prior approval has been obtained.

For landed properties, please ensure that someone is home to accept delivery or our driver has access to enter your front gate. We will leave your items inside but NOT OUTSIDE your front gate. All items that can not be delivered inside your front gate will be brought back to our Atelier and will incur an additional SGD25.00 charge for re-delivery.

Please note: in the event the recipient's delivery address provided is incorrect and we are unable to reach the recipient within 10 minutes upon reaching the delivery address, the items will be re-delivered back to our atelier to be re-conditioned or remade, if and as necessary, and a re-delivery fee of SGD25.00 will be charged to the sender.
