Flowers

Where do our flowers come from?
There's a bit of every country in our bouquets! In order to ensure we offer the highest quality and freshest flowers, we buy them from only the most trusted suppliers worldwide. Due to favorable growing conditions in the Netherlands, Ecuador and Colombia, most of our larger blooms are imported from these countries.

How are our bouquets prepared?
All of our bouquets are prepared in our workshop by our specially trained florists. Our florists are masters in the art of floral arrangement and professionally certified by the FlowerSchool of New York.

Do all our bouquets come in a vase?
Only the Modern collection and the Packages under Subscriptions are delivered in a vase. Should you wish to include a vase in your bouquet order, please select the add a vase option for $10.00 at checkout.

Can I send a card of a message along with my bouquet?
Yes! After you have selected your favorite bouquet, you will be given the opportunity to write a few words on our specially designed The Floral Atelier cards. Your card will be attached to the bouquet.

Ordering

How do I order?
The easiest way is to shop the comprehensive selection of floral products that we have listed online. All orders are available for same day delivery.

Do you do customized bouquets?
Absolutely. When it comes to flowers, we offer almost anything and everything under the sun. Just send us an email or call us if you would like a specialized designer bouquet.

How are the flowers packaged and delivered?
All our bouquets are hand wrapped in specialized craft paper and designer ribbon. All our centerpieces are placed in an anti-spill vase filled with water to ensure that they are hydrated during shipping and delivered in our elegant signature gift box.

I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?
Please email us as quickly as possible, so that your changes can be taken into account before delivery. Please include your order number to help our staff process your request as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality and freshness of our roses and if not, we will gladly re-send or refund your purchase. Simply call us or email within 12 hours of receipt of your order.

Will you send me an email to confirm my order?
Once you have confirmed your order and made your payment through our secured system, we will send you an email to summarize your order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PayPal users can also pay with their PayPal account.

How do I know my payment is secure?
At The Floral Atelier, we take your security very seriously. Your payment is processed using the latest industry security standards. All transactions are carried out within a secure payment zone. Just look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your computer screen.

When is my credit/debit card charged?
After the initial security check, your full order payment is normally reserved within five or ten minutes. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. These reserved funds are then charged when we dispatch your order.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery island wide in Singapore.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we absolutely do. To ensure the quality and freshness of our flowers, we purchase all our flowers on the same day your bouquet is made. As such, the cut-off time for same day delivery is 11:00am.

Can I choose a time frame for my flower delivery?
All our deliveries are made in the afternoon between 1:00pm to 6:00pm. If you have a specific delivery time that you would like to request for, please contact us at enquiry@thefloralatelier.co directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

What happens if the recipient is not there?
In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, we will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.
